(1) There shall be a Finance and Resources Committee of the Senate consisting of the following: (2) The Finance and Resources Committee shall, subject to the direction and control of the Senate, exercise the following functions: (3) The Finance and Resources Committee shall regulate its own proceedings at its meetings. (4) A majority of the members of the Finance and Resources Committee shall constitute a quorum and the Committee may function notwithstanding a vacancy in its membership from time to time so long as a quorum remains. (5) The Pro-Chancellor shall be the chair of the Finance and Resources Committee. In the absence of the Pro-Chancellor the Vice-Chancellor and President shall be the Chair of the Committee. In the absence of both the Pro-Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor and President the members of the Committee present at the meeting shall elect from amongst themselves a Chair to preside at the meeting. (6) Meetings of the Finance and Resources Committee shall be called: (7) Casual vacancies on the Finance and Resources Committee shall be filled by the Senate.
