Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clauses Amended:8 November 2024: Editorial amendment to clause 62 to remove reference to the Student Administrative Lifecycle and Policy Committee.

2 September 2024: Minor changes to the responsibility for aspects of the case management of student complaints clarify the administrative roles that the Complaints, Conduct and Appeals Team in the Office of the Academic Registrar are currently undertaking, and change the responsibility for issuing the outcome of a complaint which will now be issued on behalf of the complaint handler rather than the Academic Registrar.
