Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clauses Amended:8 October 2024: Update to clause 16 to protect freedom of speech and intellectual freedom.

18 June 2024: Change to the expectations of partners concerning their contributions to the projects, which recognises greater “in-kind” contributions may be sufficiently negotiated where a financial contribution is not possible from the partner agency. This is deemed to be a more equitable arrangement to ensure the SESU is able to fulfil its aim in growing the capacity of non-profit (often very small to medium-sized) community organisations to undertake research to better support communities experiencing the most disadvantage.
