Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clauses Amended:6 May 2026: Administrative and clarificatory updates made to formalise the Policy with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 and clarify requirements relating to the management of critical incidents involving international students, including those under the age of 18.
