Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This document is equivalent to the previously published version that was in effect at the time of launch of the current platform. Structural changes have been made to this document including the addition of sections and revised clause numbering, as well as updating of position titles, committee names, Directorates and other administrative changes where appropriate. No other significant changes have been made to published documents from the versions previously in force.
